The best all inclusive holiday! Although it was during Turkish winter and some facilities were closed & there was some construction work we still enjoyed our stay. All the staff here are amazing including reception, chefs, waiters, cleaners, bar staff & a special mention for SAMET on the entertainment team who included us in all activities n went above & beyond, my husband & we really enjoyed his company & had so much fun taking part in his activities & live dj - such a genuine person he is the best thing about this hotel & deserves a pay rise!!!!! Thank you we will be back again! Xxxx

Samet and leo from entertainment staff absolutely amazing the rest of the also class but total disappointment in the hotel after being told everything will be open then getting there and nothing open and its building site it was an absolute total joke

Had a great time at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and we were well looked after throughout the whole trip. The entertainment was great every day and we we felt included every event that took place. A special thank you to Samet from the entertainment team for always inviting us to play darts and bingo. Overall really good experience. Wish I attended in the summer to make the most of the facilities. Thank you tui blu and Samet in particular. There is also a a la cart restaurant dont forget to book that on Thursdays and Mondays

The hotel is very clean and very quiet. The hotel is peaceful and in a good location. The food is great and got to try new foods. 90% of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff were exceptional and couldn’t have asked for anything better! Although it is out of season they made and found things to do throughout the day! They were very polite, fun and great company. The entertainment staff were the best part about the hotel! Was very disappointed that most the facilities are closed due to it being winter and this was not advertised clearly. Samet in particular was very helpful on advice about the local area and places to visit. He was more than happy to spend some time with us and teach us card games and have some fun! He is brilliant at his job and a credit to the hotel!

The staff (Samet , Leo and Ilayda) were fantastic, warm welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful with advice on the local area and the places to visit. They ran some great entertainment throughout the day even though it is out of season. The hotel is clean and lovely throughout however dissatisfied that the outdoor facilities weren’t open to enjoy.

Samet (entertainment) and ilayda (childminder) were the friendliest members of staff, kind & confident, 5 ☆ to you both! shame we wasn't told by Tui staff in Cramlington (Newcastle) that the season starts in April! Won't be booking a holiday with them again. All 5 Pools closed,inside pool open, outside bars closed, A la carte restaurant closed! Hotel was nice but very quiet, mostly German. Food ok but not hot enough for me, coffee bar had great selection of cakes & biscuits. Hotel & room very clean.

The entertainment group were brilliant and had a lot of time for the guests, Samet and Leo were the best entertainers I have ever seen in a hotel. Hotel was very nice but a lot of things were not open which was a disappointment. Food was ok but had better. Not enough seats in bar areas and restaurant area, Tui sold the holiday to us but conveniently forgot to mention that a lot of the hotel was closed and lots of work being carried out.
