垃圾酒店，無前台服務。 要提前搵業主拎密碼入去，但係trip.com完全無提及。導致去到係無房住，無人搵到.搵業主用whatsap係搵唔到 打電話係打唔通.完完全全的騙局，業主自稱會提前搵你，但係無.100%唔好訂這間垃圾，破壞一整日的行程和心情

This is a great spot however a few tips
You’ll get a code and instructions via What’s App so be sure to check that before you arrive
Do not follow google map from the train station it will take you up about 500 stairs! Just turn right from the tunnel and go up the hill!
Also this is hotel is technically in Manarola not riomaggorie! Beautiful spot and worth the hike to get there!

Gorgeous position. Large terrace with spectacular views. Peaceful oasis from the crowds in July. Excellent suite with daily cleaning. Only improvement would be a small fridge instead of the tiny mini bar. Highly recommend for a stunning stay with some peace and quiet and lots of sun.

Amazing views but be prepared for a 600 step hike to get to your room. Unless you have been to the area, your map will route you crazily in finding this spot. I will not return to Cinque Terra.

The property by far has the best views in town. The walk to get there is tougher than you’d think lugging baggage but well worth it. Bathroom and bedroom could use some bleach to get rid of some minor mold but it’s a great place! Host was fantastic.

The First. After reading some mixed recent reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but our experience turned out to be pleasantly better than expected. Be aware that the walk up to the property, especially with luggage, is quite strenuous—pack light and be prepared for steep bitumen hills and stairs. We had planned to use the advertised luggage service, but unfortunately, it’s no longer available (the website hasn’t been updated to reflect this). However, as we were leaving for the train station, we discovered a local luggage transport option nearby. I’ll include a photo of the details to help future visitors. Our room, 212, was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and had absolutely stunning views of this beautiful part of the world. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning—fresh, generous, and a great start to the day. Communication was handled via WhatsApp, and we found responses to be prompt and helpful. Keep in mind that English isn’t their first language, so what some may interpret as abrupt may simply be direct communication.
