Hyatt Place Managua

We went to eat at the restaurant of this hotel expecting a good quality meal based on the high prices they charge. The menu is poor with few options, the prices are exorbitant, When they brought the dishes the food was disappointing, the waiters had a bad attitude. We hadn't even finished eating when they came to clear our plates. We hadn't asked for the bill, and they brought it before we even asked. In short, it was a bad experience. This is a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone. There are many places in Managua with good food and more moderate prices than what this hotel charges. It was a total disappointment. Don't waste your time and money at this restaurant; it's not worth it. If I would have known, i would have not touch that place with a ten foot pole.

The hotel is very clean. Staff goes above and beyond to assist guests and visitors. Best hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Nicaragua.

Absolutely outstanding stay. My entire experience was great. Having the shopping center, restaurants, bars within walking distance just added to the experience. The staff was helpful at all times. I wanted to stay longer. I look forward to returning in the very near future.

The breakfast is so good you don’t need to go anywhere else! The view of the lake is also nice. The staff were so friendly. Checkin was a breeze. There were 3 beds in the room & that was perfect for our family. Very clean. Water was provided as well as refill stations near the elevators. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again when we return. The location close to the mall & grocery store was very convenient.
