InterContinental Hotels Managua at Metrocentro Mall

We stayed at the InterContinental Nicaragua twice during our visit, and while the location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable and clean, our experience with the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, we found the service to be lacking compared to other InterContinental hotels we have visited (over 30 in total), placing this location at the bottom of our list. Additionally, we were disappointed with the amenities offered, and we felt that the club lounge did not provide sufficient value. Overall, while our stay had its positives, there are areas that the hotel could improve to align with the high standards typically associated with the InterContinental brand.

It's difficult to find anything clean or organized in Managua, but this hotel is a great hideaway from the chaos of this dirty-poor city. Five restaurants, and a nice pool area outside where you can ignore the poverty just on the other side other wall.

Real InterContinental Managua at Metrocentro Mall is perfectly located in one of the best areas of the city. The hotel is beautifully maintained—impeccably clean, comfortable, and stylish. There are plenty of excellent restaurant options on-site, and the food was consistently delicious. I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
