Welcome champagne was given upon check-in, and the service is available at any time
You can go out to sea at any time, except for the SPA fee, everything else is all-inclusive (including sea fishing, snorkeling, picnics, etc.), you can tell the front desk guy what you want to play

Fantastic place for holiday with great view and good service.
The food they provided was yummy, taste better than most restaurants in New Zealand.

There is nothing here. You have to take a boat for 1 and a half hours and buy the boat ticket yourself. My child is 15 years old, but he was not allowed to stay at the hotel when he arrived, saying that he was a minor. However, they did not refund the room fee. They asked us to stay in another chain hotel of their hotel, which was in very poor conditions. We refused to go. Finally, they said that we could stay, but the child could only stay in the house and was not allowed to go out. We arrived at 4 pm, and they kept making us wait in the lobby and not let us into the room. They only agreed to let us stay when it was too dark. It was very inhumane. We stayed for two nights, and they asked us for an extra 1,000 Fijian dollars. The child did not even come out of the room, and we were not in the mood to play. It was a very bad experience. Moreover, their hotel promotion is very good, but in fact it is only five villas. It is a very small resort with no fun activities. It is not worth coming, especially the ** female supervisor, who pretended to be a good person and secretly asked my child what your parents do, and said that they would not give you more money. We booked this resort via Luxury Escapes package deal, expecting decent hospitality and experience. Our time there was very disappointing: it’s very rustic and basic. The waterfront has plastic and trash; open air bathroom had overhead vegetation so the floor had bird poo stains, the pool in the was making a loud noise, and then just stopped working. Food was ok but at times they ran out of supplies. Some staff members were unprofessional and asked us about our religion, etc. which was very inappropriate. The small boat in which they ferry guests back and forth from the wharf was scary: no life jackets were provided. There were 3 life jackets in appalling condition being used as seat cushions, probably for years. In the end we were desperate to get out of there and return to the main island. I don’t recommend this resort for many, many reasons.

Loved our time and highly recommend Tadrai island resort. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, all new our names as soon as we arrived. The food was sensational and the staff were more than happy to make changes to meals if requested.
The room was good with great views, infinity pool, big bi-fold doors and a comfy bed. It did just need a little more TLC. Our towel rack was falling off the wall, some iffy electrical work and our pool had a big leak so the water level dropped every night so the infinity feature didn't work.
The all inclusive is great value and they don't skimp out! We would love to go back!
