The dish washer leaked. It took hours for the plumber to show up. To make things worse, the sink in the bathroom could not drain. Have to move to another unit late at the night -- a nightmare for us to pack up everything after a long day of travel.

Some of the staff at reception mostly unhelpful they didn’t go out of there way to assure with various reasonable requests we had.
