The villa is located inside the premises of the Rio Mar Beach Resort on a gated community. Is very private and peaceful near the action on the hotel. Is a tourist neighborhood so you can find many restaurants and stores nearby. We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the added bathroom amenities, and the fully stocked kitchen with all appliances you could need as well as basic pantry staples for cooking. The view is beautiful with direct access to the beach and pools. Quiet and relaxing.We plan to bring our kids back for a family vacation soon. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Absolutely loved our stay in this villa. The view and the beach are stunning and the pools were excellent. Sandra was wonderful, super responsive, kind and helpful. I would most definitely recommend this property.

Another wonderful stay in paradise
We had another wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. Everything was nice and comfortable and easy. The villa is roomy and the kitchen is great for cooking meals if you want to eat in. We always enjoy walking on the beach in the morning and love that there aren’t a lot of people staying in the complex. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!
Sandra was wonderful and the unit was exactly as described! Would recommend this unit and the property! The pools are steps away with plenty of chairs, and the beach is gorgeous. Would highly recommend a car for groceries, sight seeing and restaurants.
