"Upon arrival at the DJ Paradise hotel I found the exterior and grounds filthy, unkept and in disrepair.There were rows of old metal chairs stacked with other rusted metal and wood clutter at the hotel entrance. The front desk could not locate two hotel managers and I refused to check in! The hotel fronted a four lane busy street with graffiti. Both managers could not be located."

There was no drinking water in the room; it was located in the stairwell. No hairdryer or slippers were provided in the room."
