Perfect Summer Escape – Suite 111 This was our third visit to the hotel, having previously stayed in both the Rock Suite and Swim-Up rooms. However, the Summer Suite 111 is simply on another level. The space, private pool, facilities, and views felt like pure indulgence. For sun lovers, this suite is unbeatable, with sunshine from 08:00 until 16:30 daily — something you don’t get in the Rock Suites along the front. Dining Dining here is always a highlight. Umi is outstanding — the sea bass is genuinely one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten, made even more memorable by the breathtaking setting as the sun set over the sea. The main restaurant consistently offered fresh, high-quality food, and we never struggled to find variety. We also enjoyed Oregano and Minoan, both excellent in their own right. Staff The staff are the reason we return year after year. The Pelagos pool bar team are fantastic and remembered us from previous visits. Every single cleaner greeted us with a smile and a “good morning,” and the lady who looked after our suite was exceptional — leaving us flowers and keeping everything immaculate throughout our stay. Gym - excellent facilities and classes beautiful scenery. Overall A truly unforgettable experience in every way. Already looking forward to returning next year

WOW this hotel is out of this world. From check in until check out our stay was simply incredible. You will not be disappointed. The setting, the pools the restaurants and the way you are looked after is second to none. Please do not have any fears about coming here, it blew our minds from the moment we set foot into the reception. 5 stars

Breakdown of various facilities: Room: 8/10 Room was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony with stunning sea views. Bars: 8/10 One main bar and two pool bars. Main bar open til late with various drink included. The better wine and beer was extra €. Pools were busy but always somewhere to sit mostly with good views. Bars served the usual drinks and some small snacks Restaurants: 5/10 Buffet served good variety of food and good quality. The other restaurants (we ate at 4) were average at best. The Greek restaurant the manager was quite dismissive and we didn’t even get offered a drink other than water. The food was random and average. The fusion restaurant had great service and good food, my Gnocchi was just mashed potato but apart from that good. All the restaurants exclude the all inclusive drinks which seems ridiculous. The hotel staff were all very accommodating, polite and professional. The location is perfect, a short walk to a very pleasant village with some lovely beaches and fantastic tavernas. We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful 6-night stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort in Crete and honestly, we’re already wishing we were back there with a cocktail in hand! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how spotlessly clean the resort was. Every corner of the grounds, pool areas, restaurants, and our room were immaculately maintained. It was clear that each space was cared for with great pride. Check-in was smooth and luxurious in the beautifully designed reception area. The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know and providing a helpful map of the resort. The facilities were excellent whether relaxing by the pool on comfortable sun loungers, enjoying a drink at one of the bars, or exploring the other amenities, everything felt luxurious yet relaxed. Our room overlooked the sea, and it did not disappoint. Waking up to that stunning view each morning was truly special. A huge special thanks to Denys at the bar. Friendly, funny, and genuinely the best bartenders we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond all week, whether it was mixing up a sunset cocktail or bringing us an evening cappuccino (with style). Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Also, a huge shout-out to George, the bell boy and hands down the best buggy driver around! Always cheerful, chatty, and full of great local tips, he made getting around the resort seamless and fun. Both Denys and George are absolute credits to the resort. We’re so glad we got to meet them and genuinely hope to stay in touch. The buffet food was fantastic fresh, varied, and beautifully presented every day. There was always something new to try, from traditional Greek dishes to international favourites. All in all, Seaside A Lifestyle Resort delivered on every front: cleanliness, service, views, and hospitality. It’s one of those rare places that manages to be both luxurious and laid-back at the same time. We left relaxed, happy, and slightly heartbroken to be heading home. 5 star in every way, thank you for your hospitality.

15 euro a night tourist tax , up 50% from last year . Beer last year was freely available to pour yourself , but you need waitress service now so you get very little for your money and you have to wait a while . Food is great and the sweets are high class . Staff are exceptional , the best anywhere . Sadly our weather was poor last year and this but that’s not a resort issue . Highly recommended . There are shops about a 30 min walk over the beach and round the hotel opposite . Quite remote but if you get the weather this is a great place to relax
