I stayed at this hotel for three nights in July 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, with some offering stunning mountain views and others overlooking the serene lake. The staff were amazing — always kind and attentive, even bringing us cold water whenever we needed it. Our room is equipped with a jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Breakfast was a highlight, especially their burek, which is simply the best I’ve ever had. A special thanks goes to the hotel owner, Blum, who is humble, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome and ensuring everything is perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beautiful views, and heartfelt hospitality.

I booked for two nights and everything was awesome. The owner and staff was very polite and friendly. Seeing that is a new hotel,everything was in order and very clean. I will recommend. Good luck Deluxe.

We went there on July 1st with my wife and two kids, and stayed in for a week. My older son is 4 and the younger one is 1. The way the treated us from the owners to the very last person in there is just amazing. They made sure we have everything from the milk for our baby to the ice buckets to keep our drinks cool in our room. From the moment they greeted us to the moment we said goodbye, it was just a wonderful and amazing experience. The property itself is more than just a five star, then the staff is so respectful, kind and friendly. The pool is great, the food is great, and the cleanliness is top notch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking to enjoy a five star resort, and affordable price in a very convenient location. I’ll surely go back in there any chance i get.

Everything was amazing, staff was welcoming us and very helpful. Food was fresh and tasty. Rooms were very nice big and super clean. Very relaxing environment and can't wait to visit again in summertime. Thank you for everything Deluxe resort

Après avoir séjourné dans des établissements qui revendiquaient des 4 étoiles sans en mériter 3, j’avais réservé une nuit par précaution et j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger mon séjour de 3nuits. Un hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans la ligne des codes du luxe et de la sobriété des grands hôtels tels que l’Intercontinental, Sofitel, Marriott ou Kempinski et à des tarifs défiant toute concurrence ! Tout est excellent : les plats savoureux, l’immensité de la piscine, le confort des chambres, la qualité du spa, la connexion wifi partout et l’accueil et serviabilité du personnel ainsi que du patron qui feront tout pour que votre séjour se déroule à merveilles ! Une adresse que je recommande sans l’ombre d’une hésitation ! À très bientôt ! Sabrina

avis mitigé pour cet hôtel 5 étoiles Les points positifs: piscine immense avec nombreux transats! Les points négatifs: odeur de moisi dans la salle de bains, coupures d'eau répétées (pas très agréable en pleine douche...), ménage non fait même quand on le demande! petit déjeuner basique. L'hôtel est un peu excentré (20 mn de Shkodra). A notre départ, l'équipe a toutefois entendu nos difficultés. Donc hôtel avec gros potentiel mais service à revoir
