Terrible roach infested dump. Highway robbery charging people for rooms here. They are in the middle of renovations but they should be demolishing this place entirely. This is the worst mistake I have ever made spending my money here, I hope I don’t make a mistake like this ever again.

The hotel itself was clean and our room was cleaned daily which is something some places don’t always do since Covid. The hotel was packed and it seems nobody know how to hold a door so it closes lightly. I can’t hold that part against the hotel though. there are a few things I CAN be upset with them about. First, they called me the day of check-in to inform me my card was declined. This annoyed me (and the woman checking in after us) because I had selected pay at hotel as the payment option when booking. The person at the counter informed me that their system “auto-authorizes” all cards at 4pm and they needed payment. Since I was using another card, they said they would add a note. I then called a few hours later to let them know we would be checking in close to midnight, the person that and swerved insisted on a card while I was on the phone. I’ve used the pay at hotel option quite a few times and never run into this. My next issue was that for over 3 months I had a reservation for a king bed room and when we walked into the room, it was two double beds. My wife and I usually need two beds when we travel with the kids so when we travel alone (which is very rare), I always get a king bed. I verified on the website that I had indeed reserved a king bed, so I went to talk to the desk person. He just told me that they were sold out and he didn’t have the king room available so we would just have to take what they had. I have more to say but I’m at the character limit.

The room was very dirt , the bathroom had hair all over the toilet seat ,all over the floor and tub and their was even blood on the wall. The sheets had stains on it and the walls were dirt and the celling was fall . It was bad I check out same day and when to different hotel . It was horrible experience I don’t recommend

Legitimately the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had in my life. If you are tempted by the low price tag DON'T BE. Arrived for check-in and no one was at the front desk. Waited over 30 minutes before they finally showed up. No breakfast as advertised. Room smelled so strongly of smoke that I felt sick and had to leave early; I ended up sleeping at the airport instead. The cleanliness was astounding...Hairs in the beds, HOLES in the walls, the mirror in the bathroom shattered. It was stunning - Not in a good way! Dangerous area - Feels extremely unsafe. This is emphasized when talking to the receptionist through bullet-proof glass. Very shady clientele. Contacted them after I left early for all of this through *******, and they lied to them and told them I rejected a different room they offered. However, they never offered me another room. They refused to refund. I'm proceeding through my credit card company instead. PLEASE, if you are considering this place, simply DON'T. Save yourself, your lungs, and your soul. Go literally anywhere else.

For the price of $123/night, I was robbed. The room had roaches, the smell of cigarettes came through our non-smoking room, and there weren’t any amenities. Wifi was weak and rooms were not as nice as pictured. We will not be staying there again.
