Lovely complex , rooms too warm in winter
5min driving distance to Beseniva spa. Complex in a village, lovely landscaping, very nice breakfast area with good food. Rooms were a bit of disappointment for 2 reasons. A: underfloor heating that could not be adjusted and were very warm (winter), B: Sockets hidden under wooden shelf above beds front, so had to do a bit of McGiver magic to plug phone chargers. Location beautiful, spa on site but cannot comment as did not use it. Friendly staff

We have visited this hotel with family, enjoyed family apartment, enjoyed breakfast, enjoyed suppers. Children and parents were very satisfied with meals :) We have tried pools too. Children were happy again very much. And when children were happy also parents were very happy :)

Very nice location, clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent cuisine and very pleasant restaurant staff! Location is nearby Bešeňová thermal spa which is very comfortable! The only recommendation: to offer also "private" entry to wellness zone, even for some special fee :)

Nice place! My cousin from here recommended. Breakfast was good. Didn't have time to try the pool but looked inviting. Will stay here again if in this area. Bed a little hard for my liking but not a major issue. Hubby loved it though. Clean and nice small room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't seem to mind that our Slovak was limited to please and thank you! Our room had a balcony overlooking one of the play areas and with a great view of the mountains. We were also entertained by the antics of the swallows who were nesting in the eaves of the building. We stayed here because other family members had rented a house in a nearby village and, as grandparents, we felt a little distance might be helpful. In fact one of our children decided to move into the hotel too! They took advantage of the swimming pool and children's play facilities and said how much they enjoyed those options. Our whole family group (12 plus a toddler) ate in the restaurant one evening and everyone was pleased with their meals. We also enjoyed our breakfasts and evening meals, even without all the family. We stayed in three hotels during our Slovak holiday and can honestly say this was the best of the bunch! Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again if in the area.

Kamers waren proper, personeel vriendelijk, wellness heel goed, in de badkamer miste je wel een rekje of plank om iets op te leggen. Wat ongelooflijk slecht was, was het ontbijt en avondeten!! frietjes waren teveel gebakken en koud!! kaaskroketten waren koud en soms zonder kaasvulling.. warme (lees : koud)wortels waren rubber! mayonaise moest tot 3 maal toe worden gevraagd.6 (koude) pannekoekjes voor onze groep van 40....en er werd niet aangevuld! de resten van de vorige dag, zowel dessert, gesneden fruit, vlees of groenten, werden de volgende dag terug voorgeschoteld!! Toen een aantal mensen klaagde bij de eigenaar, verwees hij dat hij 2 sterrenchefs het restaurant had verhuurd tot 1 oktober... tja, wij waren er tot 16 september dus....er werd niet gesproken over compensatie, wat hier meer dan normaal zou zijn!Dit is een resensie van niet 1 koppel maar van bijna de hele groep, maar sommige hebben mindere kennis van het schrijven van beoordelingen, dus beloofde ik dat via deze weg te doen in naam van velen! Het ontbijt en avondeten werd vooraf allemaal al betaald, jammer dat geen moeite meer werd gedaan om er iets aan te doen! Eten smiddags bij lokale restaurants was heel goedkoop en heel lekker!!! gelukkig! Het spijt me, maar Gerdy, het is zéker geen aanrader, zelfs meer, het is te vermijden!
