The receptionists are very courteous & helpful to answer all questions, checked out all information required by us. When the room was ready before 3pm (check in time), they promptly informed me.

Very clean comfortable room, perfect location to explore the city

My first floor room was noisy because of the people outside on the streets. The windows could have been better and the hotel had to give me a portable heater because the heat was not working in parts of the hotel. I loved the breakfast, the shower and comfortable bed.

Stayed here for a 2 day trip with the wife, the room was amazing for a four star hotel and the best part was that it had smart tv with Netflix and Youtube etc! It automatically logs out of your account when you turn it off.

On the first floor, you have to pay extra to move to a higher floor. It's just one night, so it's not adjusted. It's just been renovated, so it has a bit of smell.

Hotel very well located and very pleasant because in a pedestrian street The rooms are of exquisite taste and the welcome is excellent.
