Novotel Makkah Thakher City Reviews

This hotel is one of the best to stay in Makkah. I love everything about this hotel. It’s totally new and very clean also it has a bus every 30 minutes goes to Haram.

Stay here for Umrah. The services is good, there is free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. And the distance from hotel to Masjidil Haram is only 10-15 minutes. Amenities in hotel is excellent. There is iron and hair dryer. And also the lift in lobby is many, so we cant have to wait for other guesses

This hotel is so amazing very clean stuff are nice breakfast amazing is just abit far from haram free shuttle is available the beds are soo comfy and the bedsheets pillows absolutely amazing I highly recommend this to anyone

Check in was hectic and couldn't find our reservation...room was very cold even though aircon was off...they sent aircon technicians twice but could not solve the issue and they wouldn't move us to a different room

Surfaces are not dusted. In our room the headboards to the beds were dusty, the mirrors and TV surrounds had marks on them. The hotel is very far from the haram. The shuttle bus drops you off at the bus terminal and to get to gate 79 opposite clock tower it can take a further 25 minutes. This is very exhausting. The service is poor, the toilet pipe was leaking in our room, I rang house keeping and reception 4 times, spoke to them face to face also ,no one came to fix it. We had a permanent pool of water on the floor which was very unhygienic and made us feel uncomfortable and compromised our state of wudu. We checked out of the hotel 2 days earlier than we should've and checked into another hotel. The staff don't really pay attention to what you are saying. The hotel had a prayer room which was constantly busy with a big group of people hosting events in there so we couldn't get in. The prayer should be for everyone who has paid to stay there.

Good any way , Close to Al Masjed Alharam But not covered for all food request apps

Room was clean and tidy will all amenities. Staff was also professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, so many options to eat. Bus to Haram was every 30 minutes or taxi would roughly cost you 20-25 SAR for a 10 min drive. Definitely will like to come back for another stay.

We really like to stay at Novotel taskher Mekkah. The big name of Novotel are truly ON POINT we like the room which is amazing, the location is OK with a shuttle bus ready to Haram every hour. Overall it was a good experience . Unfortunately we haven't have chance to try the food,

The hotel is very clean and classic the service is very good and there’s a mosque 🕌 in the hotel where you can pray comfortably and there’s a shuttle bus to haram every 30 minutes, I have really enjoyed my stay here, see you again

Cheap price,nice hotel,clean and tidy,good service,location about 8 mins to haram using bas.Shuttle every hour.view is nice,really recommended

Very good value for money. Newly built hotel. It provides free parking. We stayed in Oct2024 and room service was not available. Since its up the hill going down to get the food was also not feasible. There is a small minute next to the hotel though. Shuttle service is available to and from bus stop next to haram. But do bear in mind its a good 30 mins walk to get to inside the holy mosque.

Great location, check in was smoothly handled by Ms. Burooj and Mr. Bassel. They have shuttle services to haram after every 30 minutes. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Top notch facilities including ample space for car park.

i was Booking 3 night at Novotel hotel Makkah Zakher ＞ Booking Number 35435471067 ＞＞2 Rooms 3 Nights ( booking Attached ) As we came from Sultanat of oman with My family＞＞ when i reach the hotel location i was wearing Ehram as i came from Haram directly ＞＞  it was Saturday Morning 7.20  AM the security guy he stop ME and told Me go fare from here i told him i have booked here ＞＞＞ i park My car and go to him to know where i should Park my car and check in   he speak to ME in arabic very bad and he was want to fight me ( with his hand ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iask where is his Manger NO one answer Me and his colleagues aslo very Bad speaking it was like a fight all to me !! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE i called police directly and Make My check in  and then  his Manger coming But Nothing Happen  West TIme  Police Man he ask him to say sorry and he did !! Our Exprince is very Bad  i didnt Face same that Problame Happen to me before  As i Regular Customer at Accor Group At Many countries ＞ You can Check it itself By me email ! ! but I promise YOu Will Not even try UR Hotels Again ＞ Thanks .
