Basically, the building is old, but it is well maintained and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The hair dryer was weak, so it was difficult to dry my hair, but the breakfast was really delicious. Be sure to include breakfast at the coffee shop.

Great little hotel in the historic center of Alessandria. Has its own parking (book in advance, flat) 3 minutes walk away. Didn't take breakfast - nearby is the central square with a bunch of cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious, there is no hose in the shower, only the overhead shower, but by and large for an Italian hotel everything was just fine, the staff is friendly and ready to help, everything is positive. Used as a base for trips to Barolo, Alba, Seravale - very convenient.

Отель располагается в историческом центе Александрии, в здании с историей. Окна номера выходили на улицу, а не во двор. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания в отеле, очень комфортная кровать и удобные подушки. Прекрасный завтрак, разнообразный, вкусный.

Oldish hotel with its charme and a super centric location. Rooms are reasonably spacious and quite simple furnishing but with all services. I just missed water in room (there was a mini bar in the fridge but only with other beverages). Breakfast was quite varied and very tasty. Quick service and kind staff in breakfast room and reception.

Outdated and very worn down hotel. The Elevator seemed like it was going to break down any second and sure enough it did with some people inside. I took the stairs the rest of my stay. Room: carpet from the 70th stained and worn, the door patched and mended a dozen times. Breakfast: mainly just sweet bread and cookies. Won't be staying here again. Below my standards.

excellent receptionist, well informed and suggestive of places and situations in Alessandria. the restaurant recommendation proved first rate. unfortunately the enclosed garage was full but she said Allessandria is tranquilla. a police officer at we enquired to brought the hotel to our knowledge. the town is a productive and not a touristy spot as such. buildings, edifices, structures and ways about them and an interesting size of a town. worth visiting and this hotel a top priority

Hygiene taken care of, spacious room. But, a large mirror is missing (total body), the bathroom is clean, SHOWER BOX TOO SMALL AND uncomfortable Not comfortable for a normal body size limiting the normal movements of a shower. Positive private car parking.

English: Bad experience. We booked for the holidays and to be comfortable we asked for a deluxe room. Already upon arrival no one takes your bags or welcomes you as expected from a 4-star hotel. Room: a small and anonymous room with a camp bed with a mattress and nothing else (not even a chair or a bedside table, evidently it is expected that the sleeper throws objects or books on the floor, which would not be possible to read in the absence of a light) which then gives access to a small room, poorly arranged between different styles without a vase, a painting, a touch of color only white sheets on a thin duvet of poor quality. In the bathroom there are no bathrobes. Burnt out light bulbs on a bedside table and on the ceiling complete the picture and obviously despite the report you have to wait. They point out to me that the plastic cup in the bathroom is more than suitable even for drinking drinks from the minibar (I had to take a medicine taken in a plastic cup and stirred with MY toothbrush). We ask to change the next day and in fact they show us less expensive but nicer rooms. Unfortunately on Christmas morning I don't feel well and here the odyssey begins. It is in no way possible until the end of the holidays to have room service or eat something inside because there is no staff and the bar and restaurant are closed (a banal coffee machine in the room for a few euros or an agreement with an open structure would be enough). There is no relaxation room apart from a poorly decorated reception with cheap lights that turn to remind us of Christmas. So we decide to leave and even when it's time to pay, again due to the lack of staff, I have no way to explain that I would have preferred different services because the receptionist has to satisfy the other customers. Truly a terrible experience. Clearly those who stay in hotels, especially if they are 4 stars, willingly pay for the basic services and want to benefit from the minimum services provided.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissimo al centro. Pulizia impeccabile. Staff super gentilissimo. La camera spaziosa e con tutti i necessari, letto comodissimo. L'hotel offre anche parcheggio a pagamento per tutti quelli che viaggiano con la macchina. Dentro al Hotel c'è anche un ristorante/bistro che non dovete mancarlo se visitate la zona. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Situation centrale, très sympathique. Parking proche. Dix euros la nuit. Chambre hyper spacieuse avec un lit King size . Très belle salle de bain avec baignoire. Petit bémol, impossible de dormir, la fenêtre ouverte, la rue est pavée donc très bruyante. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et le service parfait. Prix raisonnables. Excellente carte des vins . Petit déjeuner, avec un grand choix .
