New World hotel is truly a world class hotel. The hotel layout is huge and the hotel lobby leading to the lift lobby has mesmerising ceiling art not unlike Sistine Chapel. Check in was quite swift. We met Ki Ki and she is indeed very kind, helpful and patient with us; going beyond extra miles in helping us navigating the city, booking cab, introducing good restaurants & even helping us to find & locate our ancestor's village by contacting the relevant association! I have to say she is a true gem in the hotel! Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciations go beyond words for her.

Spacious room, beautiful room, auto curtain and beautiful view. The drawback is the room service was so slow.

The Gym needs a lot of update, otherwise the hotel all in all is not bad

The hotel lobby is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The room is new and large! The breakfast is rich and diverse, the hot food is hot enough, and the restaurant is clean. But there is no tram charging space!
