After checking the front desk surveillance, you informed us that the balcony of the room was leaking and your shoes were wet when you checked out. The front desk staff patiently communicated with you and apologized. The whole communication process was very smooth. We are very grateful for your tolerance. Because this situation did not occur in the room before, we did not expect it to occur. It was indeed an emergency. You also informed us when you checked out that there was no need to change your room.
