Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. A perfect place to stay with yor family! Definitely will stay again! It is a home away from home. What all you need is here. I’ll just wait for my Trip coins credited this coming June and will book again. Might celebrate my Dad’s birthday here. See you the soonest Alpha Suites! 🌈🤍

Was a good stay, although we have to shift room due to Aircon issue. Also the room maid did not do such a good job cleaning the room last 2 nights. Location is good. Some friendly front desk except for the staff named Molly (gave us a annoyed facial reaction) nonetheless we recommend Sam and Charisse.

The place is located at nearby establishments which makes it very convenient. Room is just good for two persons to rest however there is no table and chairs provided if in any case you will be working. We also requested for a cup and electric kettle since it is not provided when we checked in, basically you have to request it (no additional charges) Outdoor swimming pool is clean and easy to utilize it since it free, you just have to log first. Staffs are good. We are able to enjoy are stay since it’s quiet though we can hear some voice from the others side of the room due to thin partitions.

My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

It took time to check in maybe because of the long weekend so more guests will check in. I appreciate the cleanliness and room amenities of the hotel. AC is very cold, I loved it. There’s also water dispenser in the corridor. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is good. Polite Front Desk is a plus. Elevator is quite old and shaky tho haha (mini EK ride🎢) Overall, will rebook❤️🫶🏻🫰🏻

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

It’s a standard hotel, they didn’t provide personal hygiene items; you can purchase them from the hotel. If you don’t request cleaning, the housekeeping will not enter your room. For a late check-out, you can pay 500 pesos and check out at 3 PM. Not new , but just like the picture as they provide.

It was a perfect place for my staycation even if I just stayed overnight and convenient to meet up with my friends and just 30 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and nice city view. I’d stay here again. Appreciate the conservation of water and energy. Highly recommended!
