I like the people who serves us as they are so friendly and helpful especially those 2 men in the front desk who helped me booked a grab to my destination. As for our room, I think it’s good if they could have a free water in the room at least 2 small bottles (the same as in the other hotels) and hope they could provide a spoon for the coffee. Overall, we have a great experience staying here.
