I had a great stay at Ascott Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and business areas. The service was another highlight. Staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful—especially the doormen, who went out of their way to assist guests. The only downside during my stay was the ongoing construction near the entrance, which made access a bit more challenging and required a short extra walk. However, the staff managed the situation well and were always available to guide and assist. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers on comfort, service, and location. I’d definitely stay again once the construction is complete.

I was disturbed at 1 am with calls from reception, dark and old rooms, simple breakfast to the 5 star standard!

I booked a Deluxe Studio Room, and based from the description it has a kitchen and kitchenwear. Unfortunately, upon seeing the room there is not kitchen and kitchen wears just like it said on the description, we called the reception in the room and they said that this type of room has no kichen. Though they apologized, they said that there will be a room upgrade charge which sucks and disappointed since we had high expectations based from the description but overall the room is nice and clean and had the best view but sadlly no kitchen. WE ALSO HAD THE WORST CHECKOUT!!! upon checkout we clarified about the parking voucher so that the fees are waved since ascott shares the parking of Glorietta 4, the woman in the checkout counter said that the voucher given to us upon entry is already good,but upon exit at the parking the lady in the cashier said its not yet validaded and we caused traffic jam and spent 10minutes waiting which is very inconvinient and disapointing since we will travel 2 hours back to our home. Overall, i love this hotel because of the hospitality of the people and its best location located at the center of Makati's most popular malls. But this hotel needs improvement on ther front desk checkout service (for their misinformation) and sales and marketing (for their wrong description in the third party website)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient yet peaceful, and the amenities were a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location and amenities were great, the room size and kitchen was amazing, the only negative was the internet, it would not stay active so using laptop was impossible

I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment because they ran our pf the room type i booked. However, they had to locked 2 bedrooms so I was still given access to 1 bedroom in a very big apartment for 1 pax. Hotel is dated and old... needs refurbishment

What a fantastic experience! It’s just a stone's throw away from Glorietta 4 Mall, which is super convenient. The room was so spacious—you’ll love the roomy bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and hall. I truly had the best stay in Manila!

Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall. Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

Room is clean , only the floor is full of hair . My son play on the floor and his toy always full of hairs . Location is very good . Mostly of mall are just walking distance
