The Sphere is great value for money stay - great location in Makati within walking distance of Greenbelt, Glorietta, and Población, but still very quiet. The hotel is showing some age but the staff make up for it with their friendliness. The breakfast is also delicious and good value since it’s a proper restaurant right downstairs. Would stay again

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights for 20,130 yen. It's in Makati, so it was relatively safe to walk home from the mall near Alaya around 9pm. There was a Jobilee (open 24 hours) nearby, a Starbucks next to the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right in front, so you could get everything you needed. The only negative point was that it was hard to get hot water in the room. Other than that, it was clean and they provided 2 bottles of water for free every day, which was very helpful. I highly recommend it!

It's always a hassle-free and relaxing experience staying at The Sphere serviced residences. The staff are very attentive and friendly. They even remembered me from my last stay, months apart. If you have an embassy appointment around Salcedo, this is the best, budget friendly choice that does not sacrifice comfort and luxury. The booking comes with a free breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor - George & Onnie's, which is managed by Wildflour. The free breakfast menu options are fantastic, and the restaurant also serves delicious pastries and other menu items that are not part of the free breakfast menu of your stay. A big plus to this establishment is the location - you are a walk away from the Ayala Triangle Gardens. Most European embassies are also situated around the area, and then there are nearby malls like Greenbelt and Glorietta. Traveling to and from the airport is also a breeze, usually about 30-40 minutes in Manila traffic.

Room was old. Smelt damp when we got in. Wear and tear was very evident. The AC had a damp smell. Similar to my last visit with the AC and damp room, I got sick as I was leaving which I did the last visit with similar circumstances in another property. Really put me off visiting Manila again.
Pool and gym area was a mess with a lot of work going on.
Location was OK i guess. Could walk to many places nearby for food, shops etc.
