The front desk called at middle of night to confirm if how many hours were staying. It is very inconvenient.

I love how clean the room is.

We had a nice stay. The staff were nice and kind! I hope they continue this kind of service. We were supposed to be in executive room but we were put in deluxe, they handled this issue very well but we decided to stay in deluxe cause it was better than executive. They gave us 1 extra hour to stay. Thanks Sogo Guadalupe!👍

The service is good and the conceirge staff are very accomodating when u request some changes of the prefered room. The location is accessible to MRT station, and within commercial area...

The narrow elevator needs an upgrade, not only it’s ugly but it has an awful smell. The room 806 was clean but the hallway near the kitchen is so messy and dirty. The front desk staff were very accommodating expect the Manager that I dealt with last night doesn’t know how to keep his word.

Have to wait for 15 mins. before they allow me to check-in because the room is not yet ready. I was able to get the Deluxe room I booked but it is obviously dilapidated. For the price, I would say it is fair enough
