Apart from the noise (thin walls), shower (no hot water) and amenities (no soap).
Good location (close to Makati)
The staff are kind
Safer than the cityscape
And compared to the price, it's worth more than that.
If you are an experienced traveler or don't have any concerns about English or Tagalog, this will be a good stay.

We stopped for a few hours to rest between flights. Purely. The room has air conditioning, fan, bed, table, toilet, sink, shower, but no hot water. Very friendly staff! They called us a taxi to the airport. There are shops nearby where you can buy snacks and water. Safely. It took about 20 minutes to get to the airport at night and paid 220 pesos.
