The place is good for a staycation, and the amenities are complete, as it is considered more of a residence rather than a hotel. I did not enjoy the breakfast much, as the food was not as good as what I had read in the reviews. The breakfast area is not well-lit either. The check-in and check-out processes were not as fast as the other hotels I have been to. One good thing is that our room was upgraded to a deluxe room and we were given one hour extension for the check-out. What made me disappointed is the time we swam in the big pool. Only a few guests were there because it's almost 12NN, however, no towels were available. Before I approach the desk, I saw a staff carrying lots of clean towels in some rooms. To my dismay, when it's time for me to get our towels, the staff told me there's no towel available, he even shrugged his shoulders. He even asked me if we did not bring our robes from our room. So I told him, are we gonna go up this wet? That's the time he gave me 5 towels but he is a bit annoyed. What kind of service is that?
