The condo unit itself is very nice and well maintained. The appliances are modern and in great condition, making day-to-day living quite comfortable. However, the elevator system is a major downside. It’s extremely slow and often takes a long time to arrive, especially during peak hours. This can be quite frustrating and inconvenient. If the building management improves the elevator service, it would make a big difference overall.

Terrible. The bathroom smells like sewer/stagnant water. The smell spreads throughout the whole room. The washing machine leaks which causes the stagnant water and humidity in turn causing the old basement smell. The hallway has no air conditioning which also smells. (12th floor).
