The apartment looks good, however, the aircons in the rooms are old and noisy while the beds are very uncomfortable that our backs hurt. They are kind of old and worn that you can already feel the springs on them.
Some kitchen utensils are broken and some small cockroaches.
Bathroom amenities are excellent, though.
We slept on the floor at the living room.

The hotel has a beautiful view, but the check-in is a nightmare. It took 30 minutes to get a card, no one really explains anything, my friends have 3 hours, they forgot about them. It is better to come early for check-in.
The room for 4 people had a 2-bed and some kind of wretched sofa, in fact it was for 2 people.
A cockroach was spotted.

Instead of checking in at 3 p.m. as expected, we received the service card only at 6 p.m. The whole day was spent on clarifications. We had to pay to leave our luggage and go eat. This is the first time I have encountered this. There were 4 of us in the room, and there is only one service key, and it is strictly forbidden to give it to another person, there is a fine for this. This is very inconvenient. The wallpaper in the room was torn off, and there was a cockroach in the closet. There were no toothbrushes in the bathroom.
In general, this was the worst hotel on our trip.

I didn't have high expectations because it was a condo-type residence, but the exterior looked clean, so I stayed there for 3 days. It's cheaper than a hotel, but it's perfect for hiding out. I'll rest well.
