I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given had a bed with unknown stains and a horrible smell coming from the toilet, making it impossible to stay comfortably. We immediately reported the issue to customer service, and they told us they would follow up with an email within the hour. It’s now been two days, and we still haven’t received any response. Due to their lack of communication and action, we were forced to book another hotel room down the street at our own expense. Completely unacceptable and disappointing service.

I stayed at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residences with my friends. The unit was quite clean, and the location was convenient, which made getting around the city manageable. However, the service was disappointing — responses were slow and staff weren’t very helpful. The worst part was the amenities. Most of the promised facilities were either unavailable or not working properly, which really affected our overall experience. For the price, I expected more. Hopefully, they improve these issues for future guests.

We had a great experience staying in this 1-bedroom unit. The cleanliness of the place really stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. They also have basic cooking materials. The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently close to several malls, making it easy to shop, dine, or just unwind without having to travel far. But the highlight for me was definitely the view of Makati CBD — it’s absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights come to life.
Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in the city!

Disappointing Stay at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residence

"I recently stayed at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residence for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed the owner was still cleaning the unit, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and readiness of the space. The bedsheet didn't look clean, and the room itself was very ordinary.
Compared to other units we've stayed in at a lower price point, this one fell short in terms of comfort and amenities. The lack of Netflix was noticeable, and the absence of complimentary water was unexpected.
The room also had an unpleasant odor, which added to the overall discomfort. Given the issues we encountered, I wouldn't recommend this unit to others and won't be returning. To improve, I would suggest focusing on cleanliness, providing basic amenities, and ensuring the space is comfortable and welcoming for tenants."

nice and clean condo unit with a great view! the bed was soft, but the A/C doesn’t point to the bed so I didn’t feel cold. not a major issue tho, i just have bad heat intolerance 😂
