The customer service at the hotel is not accommodating to mistakes made with the booking process. They refused to cancel the booking, which is fine, but they also refused to change the date for the booking when I was unable to make the reservation.

The room is clean and nice, but it's a shame there's no refrigerator, and the staff are friendly. It's located near a Korean restaurant and mart, so it's good, but it's a bit difficult to get to other places. It's okay to stay for a day or two.

The service is excellent and the staff are very courteous and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The area is quite accessible to all shopping malls and restaurants around makati.
