ARZO Hotels and Resorts Hotels in Makati

The hotel was really nice – clean, modern, and comfy. But, there were a couple of things that weren't so great. First, we waited an hour outside their receiving area located beside their parking garage to check in! I get that things happen, but an hour is a long time to wait, and considering the weather outside that time was too hot! We badly need our room since we've just arrived from our long flight. They really need to speed up their check-in process. Second, the Lavatory in our room was clogged. That's definitely not ideal, especially when the rest of the room was spotless. It was a bit inconvenient. Even with those two issues, though, we still had a pretty good stay. I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes things better for future guests.

The room is very big and clean. The bed sheets and the towel smells good too. The staffs are also very helpful. Will definitely book here again.
