Le menu de Noël fut une réussite culinaire, avec un choix de plats tous délicieux. Une remarque, que j'avais faite il y a quelques mois, concernant la quantité de sauce sur certains plats, tel les raviolis au pesto noyés sous la sauce, et cette fois avec les ravioles de langouste au cresson ! Je propose au chef, afin de soigner l'aspect et la finesse du plat, de servir la sauce à part, juste un peu sur le plat pour la présentation. J'adore ce restaurant et suis surpris de cette erreur plus gargotte que restaurant de classe. Je reviens régulièrement et évite ces plats, le choix étant varié. Service impeccable, bon rapport qualité-prix.

J'en ai fais des hôtels dans le monde entier mais c'était à Majunga dans cet hôtel que j'ai trouvé la meilleure cuisine du monde. Nos papilles ce sont régalées que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner le goûter (mention spéciale pour les crêpes et le croc mr)ou le diner tout était irréprochable merci!!! Les serveurs très disponible et accueillants, la réception à l'écoute, chambres et espaces communs très propres et hôtel joliment décoré. Massage avec Mme Parfait incroyable. Bref aucune fausse note. Merci pour ce séjour nous reviendrons

Ce restaurant est une adresse incontournable à Majunga, j'y croise des amis, des habitués. Commandé l'assiette de la mer, copieuse, bien présentée, savoureuse, digne de ce restaurant. Par contre, habitué de leurs ravioli, une mauvaise surprise lors de l'arrivée de l'assiette, ravioli aux fromages, sauce pesto... Je me trouve face à une assiette à potage, avec les raviolis baignant dans une soupe de pesto. Quelle honte. Je dis ma stupéfaction à la serveuse, elle reprend l'assiette qui revient avec les ravioli sous la sauce et une partie de la sauce servie à part. Un peu mieux, mais assez écœurant. Je n'ai pas pris de photo, car trop surpris. Le café à été offert, merci.

Accueil sympa, avec un petit cocktail de bienvenue: le personnel est très souriant et aux petits soins. Chambre confortable et bien équipée avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Le seul petit point négatif, c'est que la piscine ferme trop tôt (18h), même pour les résidents. C'est dommage puisqu'on vient là-bas pour s'amuser! Mais sinon une bonne expérience quand même!

You can pay to come and spend a day at the pool without staying at the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained, green spaces are present all around the swimming pool. The restaurant has a simple menu but with very good products and good value for money. The treatments offered at the SPA are very good, the staff is professional and the space is very clean. The only downside is the atmosphere around the swimming pool. In fact, very loud music is present all afternoon and the children are left unsupervised by their parents so the swimming pool is not supervised. If you want to spend a relaxing, quiet day, this is not possible and it's a real shame because it goes against the prestige of the 4 stars.
