When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed.
We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available.
Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed.
The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

Приехали 3 дня назад. Очень хороший отель. Территория небольшая, но очень ухоженная и зеленая, все утопает в растениях и цветах. Хороший бассейн. У нас номер был на втором этаже, с балконом. Если что-то в номере не в порядке, как было у нас, в первый день немного ресепшен по напрягал и все стало на свои места, включая полные комплекты полотенец. Фен, кстати, в номере, в шкафу. Уборка ежедневная. Завтраки нормальные. Единственное, мы сглупили, у нас был включен ужин. Кормят тоже много и вкусно, но ужин поздно. С 8-10 часов. Он в это время уже лишний и вы привязаны к отелю .Обслуживание на ужинах на высшем уровне, благодаря Джимми. Ему огромное спасибо. Пообедать и поужинать в шейках проблем никаких нет. Мы обедали в шейке на пляже У Антонио. Вкусно и не дорого. До пляжа 6-7 минут спокойным шагом. Езжайте, не пожалеете. В Гоа нас ждут.

50 members from our school class and their spouses held a reunion at the resort extending over 3 days in December 2024. Everything about the hotel was better than expected. The resort is within walking distance of Colva beach. Close to some shopping area yet secluded enough to be private. We had a grand party by the poolside which was amazing. The rooms, though slightly small were clean and well provided for. The F and B staff went out of their way to serve us. I would like to give a shout out to Sanju, Roger, Shiva, Sonu, Raj, Abhishek, Sayad, Amit, Sahil, Ashish, Rakesh for their excellent service. The front office was efficiently managed by a welcoming team of Sarvjit, Milosha, Sumit, Paras and Jerry. Would unhesitatingly recommend Salcete Beach resort to everyone visiting Goa.

I booked this resort for my stay and was terribly disappointed with the service of the hotel. The staff is rude and uncooperative. I have a 2 year old kid with me who accidentally spilled moon g dal (dry item) on floor and the staff present said that i should handle my child so that he doesn’t make restaurant dirty. If you need room service please be patient as you will have to call twice for the request. On my last day they upgraded my room without any requests and made me wait for over hour to get the room ready wherein while checking out they were after my life to vacant the room. The only good thing was the food. If you are planning to visit the resort with family please be ready for hell lot of rules they have even for small kids. And in case you want to stretch your stay by an hour or so to have your child get some sleep be ready to shell out extra charges which is even higher than the tariff

The stay was comfortable and cost, worth the money, variety of breakfast options at the buffet. Service was good and provided all the amenities that we had opted for.

Check in time is 1 pm but it is unable provide us our room on time, at 2. 15pm we were allow-ted our room. Another thing is there are so much mosquitoes inside the rooms
