Went for a trip with the family. The rooms are decent at the given price. Host was good. Helped with all the needs over there. Must try if you are looking for a hotel in South Goa at a reasonable rate. There are some restaurants around the hotel where you can eat as well.

Damp and noisy, roosters start at 5am, whole place not really very clean, I’d avoid. Cheap enough but plenty better locally at the same price, location is a bit off the beaten track too. Bedroom riddled with ants and woken one morning by a rat.
