"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the place gave us a very bad feeling. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and nothing about the property felt comfortable or well-maintained. When we entered the room, we immediately decided that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The room was extremely disappointing and lacked even the most basic standards expected from a hotel. The biggest concern was privacy and security—there was no proper lock on the door, which made us feel very unsafe during our stay. A hotel room should provide guests with a sense of security, and this place completely failed in that regard. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room appeared poorly maintained, and hygiene standards were far below acceptable levels. It did not feel clean or cared for at all. To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing. There were no towels, no shower gel, and several essentials that any guest would reasonably expect to be provided. It felt like the hotel had put very little effort into preparing the room for guests. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and the absence of a proper door lock, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We felt uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and wanted to leave immediately after entering the room."

"2nd time staying at this hotel, Just as brilliant as the first time. Charlene, Grace and Dominique were on duty during our time there. First night my son spilt water all over the double bed soaking it right through, Dominique was so understanding and got us replacement bedding effortlessly and understanding our embarrassment. Second morning we had a full fire evacuation around 8:30, Charlene and the team again were excellent keeping us informed, dealt brilliantly with people being very hostile and argumentative about the situation. Got us back as soon as safely possible. I highly recommend this hotel, not just because it’s clean and well presented. But because the team are brilliant and make that building unique. I will be back"

"The first stop of the UK self-driving tour, the surrounding Leeds Castle is really very beautiful, not only has beautiful scenery, but also a large children's play area, basically free, hotel free castle tickets, free Chinese interpreters in the castle, we stayed in 10 hotels this trip, This is the most recommended one. The hotel restaurant has a view of the castle and the breakfast is the most authentic English breakfast we have ever had on this trip, absolutely value for money."

The tesco is close by and convenient to get to. The hospital is also walking distance, which is what i was looking for when booking this apartment. The communication was always great, any questions i had were answered promptly."
