"Arrived quite late but check in was fast. Gentleman at the desk was lovely, sorted out my parking for me and made sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was decent. Was a lovely size and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The only issue i had was unfortunately being placed next door to inconsiderate guests who were borderline antisocial right into the very early hours. Had this not been the case I would have slept very well. I’ll definitely be looking to book and stay again in the near future."

All the team were great including Dominika and they could not do enough to keep me and from what I could tell the other guests happy. Clean rooms, good facilities and comfortable beds. "We love to stay here prior to getting the ferry from Dover to Calais. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Edith, lovely Hungarian lady, on reception - lovely to chat to and very welcoming when we checked in. Then Carrie our waitress for dinner was. very efficient and gave us space as we were busy catching up with a long lost friend. Breakfast with Jane as waitress was brilliant too - very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect as always and the mattress perfect - unfortunately though our sheets were too small for the bed and didn't tuck in at the side and weren't fitted in at the top of the mattress. I ended up with an uncomfortable sleep due tot he sheet moving around."

The shower was ok and the hairdryer would have benefitted from a note on it's use but when I eventually worked it out it was fine. The beds were very shakey and didn't feel very secure when rolling over in them. They felt as though they were going to break."

A couple of the beds were a bit springy, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. The surrounding grounds were also very accessible and great for walking around. We thoroughly enjoyed every stay here and hope to visit again! Taqiya"
