It’s one of the best most beautiful places & hotel I have stayed in, the clean rooms are amazing they clean two times a day in the morning & night and I just find this is very convenient for places like this because of the sand , the food is very delicious the people how work there are very friendly & kind I would definitely recommend, Marie-Yvonne she organised a lovely trip for me & my family to see the turtles and the islands of Seychelles, & I had the best massage experience,Stefanie she helped me with the check out she was very helpful & kind also gave us some gifts from the kempinski 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

酒店生態比較好，也安靜私密，適合度假，前台服務不錯，海的話質量一般，還不如三亞酒店，要去出海才漂亮，房間整體不算舊，床不太行，不舒適，打掃的很仔細，早餐尚可，水果比較豐富，典型的西餐風格，能吃飽，離碼頭比較遠，打車可太貴了，還是住碼頭近一些好，方便出海，

環境優美，園區鬱鬱葱葱。房間設計兼具德法風格的便利和時尚。早餐比較豐富。晚餐有自助和零點餐廳的不同選擇，自助餐每晚有不同主題。特別是在辦理入住和退房時，都得到Mr.Lousi的熱情接待，而且在得知我們的航班是晚六時左右，提供免費延遲退房到三點，給我們極大的幫助。

位置不錯。是一個休閑的好去處。服務人員也很熱情有禮，但如果沒有租車去那裡就比較迂迴，附近也沒有大的超市，餐廳之類，衹能在酒店裡消費。幸好自助餐不差，每天都有不同菜式。早餐最值得一讚👍🏻
