Excellent, the animators the men of the stepaerobic is a great atmosphere, everything is clean, the staff is nice. The only thing is that the restaurant is always full.

Very very very poor services and old outdated infrastructures and rooms. I will mention few points honestly there many and I have no time for that specially after spending good sum of money to stay in this bad place for couple of weeks. Many problems such hygiene, broken air conditioners, organisations, poor repetitive animations, everything honestly is under standards. The only positive point is few tasty food but even that it’s the same all time and they reuse old in different dished for up to 3 days. Rooms really suffer of lack of maintenance, from broken toilets, no water pressure and sulfate smell in water that stuck to you for a while after using tabs, no free water in a hot country like Tunisia nor (kettle set) water boiler to do a coffee or hot drinks. They don’t clean floors, so you will always have beach sand in your room. overcrowded hotel by hotel users, plus outsiders from a large residential area in front of the hotel entrance that use the hotel only pool and only short beach and in addition to the outsider that they come from around the country to do a day-use. So no place on pool or beach even if you wake 7 am and sometimes there aren’t even towels. Also you to pay a guarantee in local money for the towel such a weird place. Bear in mind all these hundreds of people use the restaurant in such a real scene of a souk where you are pushed by the crowd and a real danger for children because the place has 4 times more the its capacity. Most of staff are nice only if you pay money, if not they turn to be rude, despite the kindness and hospitality of Tunisian people that rare to see nowadays. Everything here is for a fee and largely expensive to local prices In European standards this place is maximum 2,5 stars no more

I recently stayed at this so-called 5-star all-inclusive hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it helps future travelers make a more informed decision. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a 60 TND deposit for beach towels, which could only be exchanged in the evening and picked up again the next morning before 8 a.m., if available at all. Sunbeds were “reserved” with towels as early as 6 a.m., making it nearly impossible to find a spot later in the day. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. One of the light switches was dangerously loose, exposing us to a real risk of electric shock. The air conditioning did not work for the first three days of our stay. The food was well below acceptable standards: limited variety, and on multiple occasions we were served undercooked fish, turkey, and even omelets. When we raised this with the staff, we were told they were understaffed and “that’s just how it is.” Around the pool area, many tiles were cracked or chipped, creating a safety hazard, especially for children. The beach was dirty, littered with plastic bottles, wrappers, and cigarette butts. Moreover, beach services are not included in the all-inclusive package and must be paid separately. Housekeeping was inconsistent and superficial—our room was cleaned only 4 times in 6 days, toiletries were never replenished, the closets were full of dust, and the room had ants and even a few cockroaches. The staff was largely unresponsive. Reporting an issue would usually be met with a simple “okay,” and no follow-up or resolution. Even tipping did not improve the service. Lastly, breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m. sharp—and at 10:02, I was asked to leave the restaurant even though I was still eating. In summary, this hotel does not meet even basic 3-star standards, let alone five. The facilities are outdated, hygiene is lacking, and service is far from what one should expect from a high-rated resort. I strongly advise reconsidering if you are looking for a clean, relaxing, and professionally managed holiday

I had an amazing stay at Mahdia Palace! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. The beach is stunning – soft sand and clear water, perfect for relaxing. The pool area was also fantastic, and the entertainment team kept things lively and fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience! And animation team like Alex, Ash and Rio are very very good. They are crazy, friendly and always helping with something.

Wonderful place. The hotel is very elegant. The rooms are comfortable. The food is very good. I recommend especially the desserts and fruits. Beautiful beach. Very nice and always smiling staff. Great animators, full of energy. They know how to engage guests in activities. They are happy to talk to guests to make their stay more pleasant (special greetings to Aziz). I highly recommend a vacation in this place!

1. The staff in restaurant is not professional and rude, the worst one is AZIZ. 2. Plagistes are pushy, unkind and rude. 3. The music nights and disco are boring and have poor program. 4. The rooms aren't being cleaned regularly - once in 5 days-. 5. Drinks are served in plastic cups, that are already used and thrown on the beach. 6. ALL PRAISES GO TO LOBBY BAR , THE ATMOSPHERE IS NICE AND THE STAFF HERE IS REALLY KIND ESPECIALLY BARTENDER MAHMOUD AND WAITER JAWHER.

The animators Aziz and Rio were really friendly and helpful. They made our visit much more enjoyable. The overall staff working in the hotel was doing their job in a professional manner. The pool is very nice. The room was a bit old but clean.

The hotel is beautiful, the beach and pool are perfect for relaxation, but what impressed me the most was the animation team! I visited the hotel for the fourth time this year. As for the hotel, I was excited again. Great room with a sea view, nice maids, cleanliness, and peace. Everything was ready in the dining room, with white tablecloths, beautifully set, and a helpful staff. The biggest disappointment was the overcrowding of the hotel and the presence of many ill-mannered people. Women in wet swimsuits and beach dresses entered the dining room. Some people took a lot of food, which they then left and went to get more. They treated the staff like servants. Some people only went up one floor in the elevator, no smile or greeting. In the evening they knocked tables together outside and were noisy. A lot of people smoked there and bothered non-smokers. The hotel is not responding to chat at all, even though they say they are online. I would like to visit the hotel at the end of October and use the spa, but I have no way of knowing if it will be open.

I really enjoyed my stay at this seaside hotel. The location was perfect—right by the beach with beautiful sea views. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The highlight of my stay was the amazing animation team! I especially loved the activities led by Alex, Bamido, Shako, Momo, and Ash—they were so energetic, fun, and made every day exciting. The evening shows and games were fantastic. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great entertainment and a relaxing beach holiday.
