Very quite and excellent service. Food was amazing and most of the things were promising. Couple suite was very amazing. It is the most wonderful hotel to stay in Mahabaleshwar. Very close to market area.

This place is in the back side of the market, walking distance from where the bus drops. We stayed here for 3 days and after my visit I have recommended this hotel to many. This hotel has comfortable room, delicious food, humble staff who are always ready to help.

It's good hotel, clean, good service. but the rooms are very small. convenient location. Staff was polite and helpful. Visited there in November. Good for couples. Hot water available for 24 hours. Overall good experience

There is a big fraud is going on in this hotel with the THANE base tours & travel service booking provider "MAKIN MEMORIES" the owner name Mr. Viswajit. This hotel provided big hall to this company for looting the people. There agent in the market area catch the couple by providing lucky coupon & bring them to the hotel to purchase the 10 years tours package. They provides very attractive but false information about the package on the paper that the customer attracted to buy the package but 50% of the things were not mentioned in the doc. you sign what explain on the paper. i was given my debit card to provide EMI option but they cheated me by debited the entire amount from my debit card. after continuous follow up even after my harassment they convert it into EMI BUT NOT RETURN BACK MY ENTIRE AMOUNT. Even after 11 month, they are not providing me a service as promise. So, be aware of going into this hotel & please call to the police if any of there agent will catch you in the Mahabaleswar market area. Sharing my experience with you, Be safe Thanks
