Everything is on ONE LEVEL in this cabin (2 King Beds). The front and back porches offer peaceful spots to sip coffee or unwind at dusk! Inside, you'll find cozy charm with a rustic stone fireplace. Wildlife is often seen nearby, and the driveway fits two vehicles with ease. We love the proximity to Maggie & Waynesville as we are located just across from the Maggie Valley Country Club. You will have an opportunity to catch glimpses of the area black bears, elk and turkey, the summer hummingbirds and fireflies, as well as enjoy area conveniences. We hope you create bountiful memories at our cabin. PEACEFUL mountain views from the front porch. The cabin offers guests a gas fireplace, a covered pavilion with a propane grill and outdoor kitchen with picnic tables, washer & dryer w/complimentary detergent, WIFI, and a SmartTV in the living room. THE SPACE When you arrive, you will be greeted by the seclusion of the cabin. Once inside, you will enjoy an open concept for the kitchen/dining room/living room and a gas fireplace. We provide all basic amenities, but you will need to bring everything you personally require to have an amazing Mountain Cabin experience with you. WASHER AND DRYER Strong WiFi most days, but when weather is bad, no guarantee. Gas fireplace Propane grill (each guest who uses it is required to clean it after use) Opportunity to enjoy scenic views off the porch with a hot cup of coffee or tea! Although the cabin is located just above Soco Road, you will feel comfortable and at home. It is very peaceful. Other things to note: In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply: $100 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover) $100 Pet Fee (non-refundable) (*Note on pets: One dog under 50lbs will be accepted for $100 per booking.) 11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
