Unforgettable moments at Medfushi hotel. Everything was perfect.

We found this resort really outstanding incl Room, surrounding, pool and of-course the overall service. Everything seems out of world. Check-in handling by Sameer and the night DJ by Bunty finished just now was excellent

I liked it so much that I booked an additional one. The resort staff very kindly and without additional charges rebooked my transfer to another date. The restaurant is delicious, drinks in the bar for every taste. I recommend.

The hotel has been renovated for a long time and is a bit old, but it is very clean, and there are still some dishes that suit Chinese tastes. Snorkeling needs to be booked one day in advance.

If you want a tranquil location this is your island, peaceful, beautiful gardens and friendly staff. No evening entertainment, nice bar over the lagoon. It’s Maldivian rustic, old fashioned, rather tired. Shower takes 10 minutes to get warm. The pool is lovely but the decking around the pool is dangerous, old rotten and a trip hazard. While we were there 3 people actually fell through the boards and were hurt - young and old. We’ve been to the Maldives 19 times over the last 21 years and this island is definitely not 4 star. But it does have a lot of qualities, peaceful, lovely lagoon- unspoilt

The holiday was saved by the efficiency, empathy and knowledge of Charmi. She organised a prompt hospital visit for a broken tooth. She appeared to work from dawn until midnight but was always smiling. Our waiter was also attentive and kind. The resort needs some urgent maintenance as there were rotten boards around the pool.

This holiday in the Maldives was significantly impacted by a combination of poor weather, a run-down resort, and a lack of security leading to a theft, which the resort management failed to address adequately. While the staff were helpful, the overall experience was marred by safety concerns and inadequate management response. Negative Aspects: Weather Dependency: The reliance on boat trips to the reef, as no reef on site, combined with four days of poor weather, meant limited access to the main attraction. Resort Condition: The resort is best described as very tired and dated, with falling-apart infrastructure and ongoing construction noise disrupting relaxation at the available expensive Spa, with no discount offered due to the works, just an attitude of 'tough' from the management. Safety Concerns: The lack of security, no CCTV or Security but particularly the ease with which safes can be stolen or are simply not present in the rooms, and the theft of expensive jewelry from our room, severely impacted the holiday. Poor Management Response: The resort management's handling of the theft, including providing false information to the police and offering only a costly room upgrade as compensation, was unacceptable. Lack of Amenities: The absence of safes in all rooms, the presence of biting insects, and the noise from building works all detracted from the overall experience. Positive Aspects: Front of House Staff: The staff were noted for their exceptional service and efforts to make the stay pleasant. Food and Drink: The quality of food and beverages was considered decent. Beautiful Surroundings: The natural beauty of the Maldives was outstanding. Overall: The holiday was negatively affected by a combination of weather limitations, a poorly maintained resort, and a significant security breach compounded by a lack of management support. While the staff and natural beauty were positive aspects, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the negative factors. There are cleaner, safer and just better resports with a managment team that really look after you. There is so much alternative choice for your money, I wont be going back.

Staffs and crews here are very welcoming and friendly. Food is superb. Different everyday. And don't miss the friendliest guy from the cook !

It was nice resort very clean and nice rooms. Water villa was amazing. Staff was very courteous. Specially Sarita, Rawat and Sameer. Shark and dolfin watching trip was amazing. We also met the owner Mr. Moosa he was very humble he has been asking and taking feedback from his guests.

Really amazing place, Sameer Mirza helped in every way, overall experience was really good. Water villa experience is too good, This was the best trip we had as the staff was really friendly and the resort was awesome. cuisine was great, the food was fresh and deliciously prepared.

We stayed at this resort for a week and it was absolutely beautiful. The villa was nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from day one. Food was fresh and varied, especially the Currys. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and total relaxation, this place is paradise.
