"I read a review saying that this hotel doesn't know what service is. I didn't believe it at first, but now I finally understand: 1. They gave me the smallest room first, which didn't match the pictures, but I found that the bathtub was full of cockroaches, no less than 5, which scared me to death. I called to change the room, and they gave me the one opposite the elevator. I also tolerated it, but then I found that the carpet was full of food residues, so I called the waiter to clean it, but she only cleaned the area I pointed out, and didn't clean other areas. I was replying to messages and forgot to call her. As a result, I found small flying insects on the head of the bed the next day, and I was scared again, but I still tolerated it. 2. There were two small bottles of mineral water when I first checked in, but they were gone the next day. I asked the front desk for them, and they told me that they would only have them on the first day of my stay, and asked me to pay 5 euros. I argued, and she said that they also had to spend money to buy them, and I could go to the supermarket to buy them myself, ****. I said I would call the manager at the time, but she reluctantly gave it to me. There was still no water on the third day, and I begged for it for a long time before giving it to me. 3. Don't be fooled. SPA is charged separately and only included in a few high-end rooms. I was so angry that Ctrip didn't specify it. If I had known, I would not have chosen this hotel. It is simply a fraud. 4. When I checked out, I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give it to me and told me to ask Ctrip to get it. 5. The hotel is far from the scenic spot, and the road is very tiring to climb up and down. 6. The breakfast is average. 7. It takes a lot of effort to open and close the window."

"I stayed at this accommodation for work reasons and, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The room I was assigned did not match the description provided at the time of booking. There was no mini-fridge, despite it being clearly indicated that this equipment was included. The welcome package, which was supposedly available, was also missing. I contacted customer service, who informed me that the room "was not entitled" to these items, which completely contradicts the information in the confirmation email and link I received. After a long trip, and being in a professional context, I was forced to go out in search of something to eat and drink—something that would have been avoidable if the promised conditions had been met. It was a very unpleasant situation that I consider unacceptable, especially when it comes to a paid service. I do not recommend it and I am unlikely to return."
