The photos look good, but the cottages are lined up on a large site. The oldness is obvious, and the air conditioning in the rooms cannot be adjusted. The resort itself is stunning and beautiful. Very well maintained and very well kept, you truly feel like you’re in a true tropical resort. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and sweet. They have went above and beyond to accommodate me and even adding some extra benefits free of charge. I was so impressed I extended my stay for a month. Beautiful location and very well kept, restaurant was delicious, pools immaculate and clean, and staff extremely lovely people. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is located a little ways from Mae Sai.
It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but if you do, it's a good idea to use it. I got the impression that many Thai people come for the restaurant, which is open until 10pm, and the pool.
