Excellent hotel with 10/10 facilities, short walk to the metro and train station. Enjoyed the gym and the lovely big rooms. - great shower and very clean. Would Definitley return next time I’m in Madrid, takes less than 20 to get into town. Lovely staff at the bar and cheap beer.

The facilities are very nice with comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and neat. Breakfast is basic and ok but not changed a single thing for all the 3 nights we stayed.

Location far from the main shopping area but good thing that it is near to the Stadium and nearby got metro around. Easy to travel around.

Clean and neat hotel, but with few services. There’s no glass door at the bathroom On the other hand, no complementary water at the room. There is one bottle, and the customer has to fill it out by itself. There is Nespresso coffee machine

I LOVE this hotel! The decoration is very fashion and location is good, can walk to a big shopping mall in 10 mins.

Convenient location with many shopping and food options available.

The hotel is well located near the massive underground metro complex of Dos Ministerios, which is where the good news ends. The hotel suggests a boutique individualised experience, but in reality it’s just a makeover with a global blandness underlying it. Breakfast was only adequate for a hotel with the pretension of charging this tariff. The staff were arrogant and unhelpful on a range of issues which required a different, more individualised approach. “Computer says No” responses tend to derive from cultures that are monolithic and resistant. There are many good hotels in Madrid. This has yet to earn its place amongst them. It has a touch of the “Abercrombie&F” brand culture about it. Purposely exuding “too cool” like a dismissive white privileged preppie.

A very satisfying trip. The hotel check-in was very smooth, the breakfast was excellent, and the transportation was very convenient. It was right next to the headquarters Picasso and the Bernabeu.

Convenience is the main attraction. 5 minutes to the left is the British Palace, 5 minutes to the right is the Bernabeu Stadium and Metro Line 10. The hotel restaurant is worth recommending, and the chef should have studied Chinese cuisine.

Overall a very average hotel. The service is also quite unique. We can speak Spanish. Whether on the phone or at the front desk, the staff insisted on using English during many communications. The most embarrassing thing is that as a service industry, its laundry room only exists from Monday to Thursday. When I go on Fridays and weekends, I can only go outside to find the laundry room. And there is never any mention of laundry among the services provided on the hotel's website! I highly doubt they are deceiving consumers.

This is the first time I have come across such a bad Hilton Hotel. The facade is hard to find. It takes half a day to check in. The efficiency is too slow. The equipment in the room is outdated. There is not even a bathtub. The shower is not blocked. The toilet paper is soaked. The washbasin is small and low. It is difficult to avoid touching the basin with the towel. The taxi cannot enter the hotel gate. It is not suitable for a hotel that costs nearly 300 euros a day. The price-performance ratio is low. Bad review.

The room is very nice and is cleaned very carefully every day. If you are going to watch a Real Madrid game, this hotel is highly recommended. There are many restaurants around and public transportation to attractions is also very convenient.

The best thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast! The location is good, the price is quite high. The rooms are very good and the beds are comfortable. I would return!
