Perfect location. Close to train / metro station and a few blocks from reina Sofía museum. Free coffee and drink corner is definitely a bonus.

Excellent location, particularly for someone new to Madrid, and friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to a friend. Many decent restaurants nearby, and the La Vapies and Chueca neighborhoods, which offer great restaurants and bars, are within walking distance. The room was small, but the common areas on the ground floor and roof were comfortable, nice places to relax, read, have a coffee, snack, or a beer or glass of wine.

Location is good.  Close to train station and city center.  However, there is no refrigerator which brings us some inconvenience.

The hotel is very Eco-friendly! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was compact and well organised with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. Very handy location to the train station and buses. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

Very good location and walking distance to train station. Cons: The room is really very small, can’t even fix a an open baggage. Room does not have a complementary water. Purchase a coke from front desk and cost Euro 1.50 which is very costly from the tap (no free flow or 2nd serving) . A can of 330ml coke cost Euro 2.50

The place is very well located. The amenities are adequate and the room was tiny. But that wouldn't have been a problem for us if it wouldn't have been that there were only 4 hangers in a quirky display. Non of this is good when you have big jackets and several layers. I had no place to put my jacket! It has to be on my bed all the time, at night it made a nice extra layer but not the point! I had been in other tiny hotels that have managed much better space for suitcase and coats. We were lucky we only have 2 tiny backpacks, otherwise we would have to choose either the suitcases on the bed or us on the bed. Deco is quirky but not very functional.

Was a nice stay in a nice location. Could walk to main areas in the city centre.

The breakfast was very rich, with a wide variety of choices, and every dish was delicious. The service staff is friendly and polite, making people feel at home. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere makes people feel relaxed and happy. Definitely recommend, would love to come again!

The temperature in Madrid was 3 degrees in March, and the air conditioner was set at 28 degrees, but it couldn't reach 20 degrees in one night (see actual measurement). Asking the front desk to operate the remote control didn't help. There is no carpet in the room.

The hotel is very close to Atocha train station and Estación del Arte subway station, which is convenient for people who need to take a train to visit surrounding cities. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to SOL Square. I stayed in a single room, which was fully equipped with basic facilities and USB plugs. The space was relatively small, and you had to be careful because there was a step in the room. The dividing line was not very clear and I almost tripped twice. The overall layout is quite simple, and you can freely enjoy water and coffee in the G/F. There are self-service luggage lockers that charge £1 per use.
