Great location for the hotel and the rooms are a good size. The hotel is a little dated and could do with an update.

I am very satisfied with the location, the kitchen, and the cleanliness! It was a premium room, not a regular room, so it seemed to have been renovated and was cleaner. However, there was only one staff member at the front desk, so when there were a lot of people, you might have to wait a long time. The water was a little rusty, so when you cook, be sure to use drinking water and it would be better to use a shower filter.

The location is good~ The room condition is also good for the price. However, the elevator was so old that it was difficult to get on every time. Also, there was a festival at Plaza España when I went, and the music was banging until late at night, making it difficult to sleep.

A hotel with a good location and decent facilities, I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and convenient transportation

Right next to Plaza de España, super convenient for going to the airport, attractions or shopping. After buying, you can go back to the hotel to put it away. The subway station is 30 meters away and there is a bus stop next to it. Although it is in a scenic spot, it is not noisy at all. There is also a kitchen refrigerator available.

The room is large and the location is very good. Breakfast is just downstairs when you go out and turn left.

The next day, I requested an early check-out through Trip.com and requested a refund for the remaining days, but the hotel shamelessly refused. Since they changed rooms twice, they claim that they have done their job. Changing the room was because there was a defect, and the more you changed, the bigger the problem was. There was no apology even after making them go through unspeakably dirty and unpleasant things. This is the first time I've experienced a rude hotel that yells at customers and gets angry. They didn't refund the rest of the stay, so I had to ruin my trip to Madrid and spend the rest of the time in a hellish hotel. The mattress was not covered with a cover, but only covered with a short cover, so when you sit down, the cover lifts up and the mattress is exposed. I couldn't stand the dirty mattress, so I asked the maid for a cover, and there was a cover for the mattress. The cover is not properly used, the cleaning is rough, the towels are not managed, the front desk is shameless and it is the worst hotel. The bathtub is all broken, the door to the room doesn't open properly, and even if the lock on the window is broken, it doesn't seem to have any intention of fixing it.
