In the heard of Madrid city Puerta del Sol , convenient and the mrt stations just about 100m away from the hotel

The hotel's location is very convenient, just steps away from the subway, which made exploring the city quite easy. However, I did notice that the alley where the hostel is situated has a somewhat questionable vibe, especially at night. If I had been alone, I might have felt unsafe walking through it. The hostel room itself didn't detract from our overall experience visiting the city. It was functional and served its purpose. That said, I found the staff not particularly proactive in assisting guests. Additionally, I feel the photos on the booking site are a bit misleading, especially regarding the entrance and the corridors inside the hostel. They give a more welcoming impression than the reality. If I were to visit again, I would probably consider other options that might offer a more secure and transparent experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Madrid! Sound isolation was very good, air conditioning worked well, and personal was very friendly and ready to help with any question! Also location is perfect, you can walk to any of city famous places by feet!

I think the location is outstanding; just a few meters away, you have access to the Gran Vía metro station. It's also a short walk from Sol. The room I got was small, but for me it was just what I needed. It was functional (two beds, a desk and chair, a small screen, and air conditioning; it doesn't have a closet). The only drawback was that I struggled a bit to get the air conditioning working. The bathroom was a good size and, above all, clean and in good condition.

It is one block from Gran Vía, the location is unbeatable in relation to the price, it is quite small but comfortable, perfect for resting, there is no noise

How can a B&B like this in Spain get a rating of more than 4 points? ? The street was super noisy, with drunks singing and bars rocking in the middle of the night. The most bizarre thing is that there is no quilt, no quilt, no quilt! Just a sheet, a bedspread! Although it is not winter and there is no quilt, what you get is one more dirty bedspread. The shower is broken, the sliding door of the shower is broken, the water is not big but splashes in all directions, and the hair, mirror, toilet and toilet paper are all wet. There is no electric plug at the head of the bed, it is in a corner at the door. The cabinets on the wall are shaky, and I am afraid they will be crushed to death. Fortunately, Ctrip made an effort to communicate with them. They actually have poor English. I don’t know how Ctrip communicated with them.

The hotel is quite conveniently located, there is already a metro station next door. There are many restaurants nearby. Quite convenient. The staff has a good service attitude and welcomes people with a smile. The room is well lit.
