Avoid at All Costs – Completely Negligent Staff and Zero Hospitality Rating: if I could give them a negative score I would This was by far one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever experienced. If you’re thinking of booking here—don’t. Here’s why: ✘ The AC Didn’t Work — and They Didn’t Care One of the basic things they advertise is air conditioning. Ours didn’t work. When we brought it up, they told us maintenance would take care of it. They never did. No updates, no follow-up, no apology. Just radio silence. We ended up getting sick from the heat and lack of ventilation. And when we tried to ask again, we were met with rudeness and condescension. ✘ Zero Hospitality or Service There is absolutely no hospitality in this place. The staff made no effort to accommodate us, help us, or even speak to us with respect. If you run into a problem, even if it’s something they’re responsible for, they will not help you. There’s no sense of care, kindness, or accountability. ⸻ Final Thought This place may look nice online, but the service is horrendous, and they do not care about their guests. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. You’re better off staying literally anywhere else.

The hotel locates in a very convenient location. It closes to METRO station and a shopping mall. However, the check-in process is troublesome and not easy. There is no staff can be seen. You need to ask online for any services such as empty trash, more toilet papers etc.

It is great and convenient however no reception which make everything hard if you have no internet or batterie to get into the building.

Comfortable and good

Everything was great, and the system here is very good, and the way it works. I recommend it.

I really liked the place, the location was very close to the metro. The cleanliness was quite good, the beds were very comfortable and what I liked most was that there was a silence that is necessary to rest. If I had to find a fault it would be that there is no TV in the rooms, and the bathroom is shared but it was very clean the two days I was there. I have to say that I felt very comfortable and that I will come back!!!:)

Very nice property. I was very pleased with my stay and it was comfortable.

It's very bad that such a big hotel doesn't even have a single staff member. I couldn't check in outside the hotel in the middle of the night. I couldn't get in touch with the hotel staff, and they wouldn't give me a refund. Please be careful when you see this.
