Based on the vast difference between ratings on Trip and Google, I think this property is a hit-or-miss and I was 'fortunate' to face both of such. My mistake was not checking in prior to arrival, which delayed the PIN delivery. I also booked another room on the subsequent day and was kindly allowed to check in earlier to the next one. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The view of the first room faced the road, while the other faced the containers mentioned on some of the negative reviews. So it depends on which room is allocated. I still give this a positive review as the slight delay in replies did not affect my stay.

Not far from Madrid Atocha but the location is a bit confuse and making hard to find the apartment..when u arrive u need to contact the apartment and the staff will help and guide u for self checkin..not too difficult but just hard to find the place because no signboard of the place name. Btw, apartment itself was good.. it has 1 sofa bed, washing machine & the provide everything. I feel like staying at home. So nice!

We were there around 10pm. We were waiting outside of the apartment for more than 45 min. There is no one answere our call and trip.com also couldn't find their supplier. We been told that we didn't reply their email and send out our passport copies so we cannot have the apartment. I understood that would be your hotel policy but we were on our journey. we couldn't reply you in time. We booked 3 adults accommodation and the sofa bed did not prepared for us. My dad finally slept on the floor. I did send message to owner but no one came over. My experience is trip.com gave customers bad response and this apartment is average.

Location was excellent and good size apartment for a family of 4, 2 separate bathrooms a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen really but it seemed good. Access was not too bad, although the registration and check in process was a bit awkward and clunky. Definitely recommend reaching out to the host before arriving to arrange a smooth check in.

There is no front desk reception, I don't know how to send the password in the email, all kinds of messy things, and they asked me to confirm the check-in in advance, which was all lonely. It's nothing more than giving a password downstairs to open the door, and then using the same password to find the room number and enter the door. After a long time, the address given by Apple Navigation was not correct. I also fumbled for a long time by myself. Next time, I definitely don't recommend booking this hotel if you don't know Spanish!!! There are so many steps in the apartment building, which is particularly unfriendly to big suitcases!!!

Stayed for two nights and it was OK. It was close to the train station and the room was big. However, there was no water in the evening of the second night. The water did not come until the middle of the night and I could only take a shower the next morning.

Very satisfied. Very cost-effective. Right next to the train station. No big sign, just an ordinary residential building. There is a washing machine. But the washing machine does not have a drying function. There is also a restaurant downstairs. Ocopus and tuna fish head are very good.

I received an online check-in email two days ago, and I saved the WhatsApp number I received with it, so I registered WhatsApp right away and communication was very good. The hotel is very good, the location is good and very convenient, the room is big and has a living room and kitchen, the price is at least 20% cheaper than the surrounding hotels of the same level, but there is no manual counter service, and the problems encountered during check-in are quite complicated. Of course, if you have no problem with Spanish, don't worry about anything, just call and it can be solved. They are also a big brand chain. In short, we stayed for four days and were very satisfied!

Self-service check-in, you will receive an email on the day with the room number and password. It is very close to the train station, an 8-minute walk. The room is very clean. The downside is that there is a flight of stairs upstairs, which is a bit inconvenient to carry a suitcase

Quick check-in via a link to WhatsApp, solving all issues via the same messenger, convenient location, 5 minutes to Atocha station, 200 meters to the nearest metro. You can also walk to the center. Everything worked perfectly in the room.
