Good stay experience. The room I stayed in at the beginning had damaged facilities. After contacting the front desk staff, I was immediately given a new room and an upgraded room type. The staff was very nice. The hotel is in a great location, with two subway stations nearby and a taxi stand at the door. I will still choose this place when I come to Madrid next time.
