The hotel exceeded my expectations; as a new property, all its facilities are top-notch. The front desk staff were fantastic: warm, attentive, and very responsive to requests during check-in. They truly deserve high praise. The ground floor is a convenient one-stop spot for dining, a bar, and afternoon tea, which really adds to the overall experience. It truly feels like the kind of place you'd want to stay every time you visit Hangzhou.

Just a minor, somewhat humorous incident: after I got out of the car, the security guard at the entrance came over, briefly touched my luggage, then just turned and walked off. Honestly, I didn't *need* help with my bags; I could handle them just fine. But what was the point of touching them and then walking away? My thinking is, if you're not going to help, then don't touch my belongings in the first place! Maybe decide what you're going to do before you approach me. 😉

Everything else was excellent, and overall, I highly recommend it.

The hotel boasts a modern, vibrant design with bright, cheerful colors. The rooms feature excellent soundproofing, comfortable bedding, and strong shower pressure. All facilities are so well-maintained they look brand new, and the entire place is impeccably clean, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. It's perfectly situated in the heart of Jinshahu CBD, with a park right downstairs and within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall and the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for business, shopping, or leisure. My friend had always raved about the incredible value for money at this Hilton Garden Inn, and it certainly lives up to its stellar reputation! To enjoy international brand service quality and such a convenient location at this price point feels like an absolute steal. The value for money is truly exceptional! I can confidently say that the Hilton Garden Inn Hangzhou Jinshahu has become my 'go-to' hotel whenever I visit Hangzhou; it's now my top choice every single time! I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler visiting Xiasha!

Quite a convenient location within walking distance to White House. 
The hotel did not want to supply a kettle but finally did provide one as the phone in the room wasn’t working. 
The Italian restaurant there does serve some good food.

The surroundings are very beautiful. Children like to play by the river.

Hotel is newly built and connected to Osaka Front / Intercontinental Hotel, such a good location with good value for money! Staffs are attentive and friendly. Room is big ￼and modern too.
