Fraudulently charged credit card. Management lies. They did not provide toilet paper on 2 occasions and did not service the room. The manager Josh is a liar. They provided apologies and excuses and lied in thier replies to reviews. You will have to fight with a chargeback on your credit card if they overcharge you. Go to the chain hotels not this disrespectful hotel.

Great location! Staff was friendly. We stayed here two years ago with same excellent service. Rooms were clean and we stayed for a week this time. Had fresh towels each day and bed made. Breakfast was excellent- eggs, hash browns, biscuits with sausage gravy and either sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurt, coffee m, tea, apple or orange juice, as well as make your own pancakes and waffles. What more do you want for breakfast? Didn’t use the gym, pool, or hot tub, but looked inviting. Will definitely stay here when in the area!!

Stayed at the Inn at Cross Keys Station for 9 days in Feb '24. Everyone was really nice. The room was really nice and clean. You decide whether you want service for your hotel room. There was no one to bring you extra towels if you didn't want service to your room. You would have to go to front desk which wasn't a big deal. Coffee Maker, Microwave and Refrigerator in room. And continental breakfast every day.

This place is just beautiful. The staff was so friendly and professional, check in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was so nice and the beds so cozy. Breakfast was great, a really good selection.

The front desk people were so accomodating and friendly. They helped me with everything I needed. I felt really welcome by all the staff. My room was perfect and really clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower was nice and hot and everything was great in the room. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. Breakfast was great and fully ready first thing. I'll make this my place to stay when I'm in Madras!

The room was average at best. We were put right above the checkin/dining area/pool on the second floor. It was noisy as early as 6am and until midnight both nights we were there. People stomping above us and yelling below us all night The bed was really hard and the sheets are not soft. If you have any kind of sensory issues bring your own bedding. The air conditioner barely cooled the room, set on 67, and came on every hour, was super loud. No screen on the window, so leaving it open was not an option. Breakfast is nice, good selection. Full service, eggs, meats, waffles, cereal, etc. The lobby is beautiful. Very country decorated. Location is okay, parking is good. Staff was friendly enough.

I can't comment on whether the hotel is clean, spacious or any of those things. I never got to stay there. Let me explain, I booked a room on Jan 8th for one night (Jan 21) they took my card to hold my room. Their policy is you can get a FULL refund if you by 2pm at least 24 hours before your stay. I canceled on Jan 16th and received a cancellation confirmation email within minutes. So no problem right??? Wrong. On Jan 23rd my card was charged the full amount. I called and they "needed to check their system, its new blah blah blah" They sent me another confirmation of the cancelation. On Jan 24 my card was now charged twice! I called and talked to the General Manager. He was very polite but kept referring to their new system having issues blah blah blah. I explained that my card never should have been charged in the first place, much less twice. He verified that the cancelation was within the correct time frame not to be charged. 3 days later it was refunded to my account. The employees I talked to were very nice and polite and I understand "new systems" can have issues However I don't want anyone else to go through this. I used my debt card, which I never do for hotel rooms. I usually use Am Ex. Lesson learned don't use your debt card and keep all email confirmations from Inn at Cross Keys. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I dont want someone else going through this.

Found online as we drove into Madras, Oregon. Serendipity! Lovely hotel just a couple of blocks from the main drag area. Situated up on a hill, so no traffic noise. Very nicely appointed huge lobby. Friendly staff. Very clean and large comfortable rooms. Included buffet breakfast of pretty much anything you could want for a morning meal. My partner and I both loved it.

I booked a king size bed. When I got there they had given it away. Just like that. No explanation, no refund. For me that spells, no trust. How can I ever book a room here again. This is a nice place but trust is more important.
