Camere grandi, accoglienti calde, struttura stupenda. Ideale per famiglie ma anche amici. Risotto veramente buonissimo. Qui puoi affittare attrezzatura da sci e accedere direttamente alle piste. Luogo magico in mezzo al bosco. Torneremo… titolari gentilissimi e disponibili. Torneremo.

Vacanza in famiglia, moglie e figlio di 14 anni. Ottima struttura a tre minuti a piedi dal paese. A conduzione famigliare e tutti sono gentili e disponibili. Particolare e scenografico l' aperitivo dal cenone di Capodanno nella piazzetta interna e i fuochi alla mezzanotte con lenticchie e cotechino. Camere accoglienti, calde,pulite e disegnate a stile di montagna. Ottima anche la SPA ben curata. Comodo il parcheggio interno al coperto. Un'altra genialata è il noleggio attrezzature sci completo direttamente dentro l'albergo con armadietto privato per posizionare l'attrezzatura a fine giornata. Navetta gratuita che ti porta avanti e indietro dal centro paese ogni quarto d'ora. Colazione ottima e variegata come anche la ristorazione. Divertenti i giochi di gruppo con gli animatori che fanno anche un gran lavoro di mini club. Un grazie a tutto lo staff Fabiola, Andrea, Rachele, Gabriele e Giulia e tutto il gruppo dipendenti!!!

Thank you especially for animators we stayed and our kids liked very much Adriana e Leo !! Restaurant a little bit disappointed but all was very great !! Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Reception was very nice. Thank you we will come back !

Ottima posizione, vicina al centro e servizio di navetta per le piste, e servizio affitto sci in loco comodo, struttura moderna e originale, personale molto disponibile e cordiale, ottima animazione per bambini, tempi di attesa molto lunghi per la cena e manca il buffet delle verdure e della frutta a cena. Camere pulite e comode.

Bello, ma si può migliorare
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, nella prenotazione risultava l'utilizzo della SPA che non era disponibile per ristrutturazione, si sono subito attivati per farci avere un rimborso parziale. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella ma poco curata. Nella stanza mancava la carta igienica, la terza parure di asciugamani e il terzo letto non era fatto, ma dopo segnalazione si sono immediatamente attivati

Il posto è molto bello, in posizione tranquilla poco fuori dal centro di madesimo. Ottima la cucina, l'ospitalità e le camere. Perde punti per i letti davvero scomodissimi, reti molli e materassi pessimi. In un 4 stelle è inaccettabile svegliarsi col mal di schiena

abbiamo trascorso una giornata immersa nella natura in una struttura molto accogliente dalla camera un monolocale dotato di tutto dalla cucina al terrazzo ad ampi spazi e un bagno confortevole oltre tv e wifi ben funzionanti ciò che mi ha colpito di più e l 'accoglienza la tradizione dei materiali , legno di ottima fattura e l'idea di essere a contatto con la natura infatti la struttura è nel bosco ma a due passi dal centro . quiete pace e ottima colazione
